    About The Meditation:

    A full moon is a wonderful time to release and let go of that which is no longer serving you for the month ahead. Focusing on your emotions is the key to releasing old habits and outworn beliefs that create a holding pattern, prevent happiness and perpetuate frustration in our lives.

    Today we begin a new day and call on the emotion that is at the core of holding you back.

    Be honest with yourself. Know that you are the only one who can make a positive change to move forward into a new future. Release blame of others and own your role in whatever the situation you find yourself in.

    Once you see your role, release the emotion that is triggering you and change your behavior, you can do this and when you do, you will find new freedom.
