About the Meditation:

Meditation is a therapeutic relaxation technique for calming, clarifying, and energizing your mind. In the same way, exercise can help you maintain your energy and develop a strong and healthy body, practicing relaxed focus is how you can take control of your mind, access deeper states of consciousness, and transcend the repetitive activity of your thoughts.
