About the Seminar:
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Participants will receive an explanation of the practice and benefits of mindfulness meditation that can reduce stress and improve overall health and wellbeing.
They will practice a gentle series of yoga postures and breathing techniques to calm the body, emotions, and mind before being guided through a mindfulness meditation practice that focuses on breath and bodily sensations.

Jayasri has been a long-time teacher and was always acknowledged for her kind and calm nature. Teachers and student appreciated her positivity; found calmness and serenity in her presence. However, Jayasri did not feel complete and whole which led to seeking new paths. Energy healing modalities caught her attention. Understanding that every question had an answer when one was able to sit with oneself, enthused her to continue with her exploration.
