About the Meditation:
Our minds are constantly at work. More than 90% of our thoughts are the product of our subconscious mind, which is leading our lives on autopilot. Most of these thoughts produce, fear, anxiety, anger, resentment, guilt, victimhood and as a result harm our wellbeing.
In this meditation practice, we will be using the power of Energy Healing and Chanting Sacred Sounds to clear our subconscious minds and energy bodies to allow space for our minds to quiet, feel refreshed in the now and create a life we truly desire.
