About Mindfulness Series:

What is Mindfulness?

Are the constant demands and challenges in your life making you feel stressed?

Then it’s time to take charge of your life and transform your world through mindfulness, a scientifically researched approach, proven to improve our quality of life!

Mindfulness based stressed reduction (MBSR) is one of the simplest, easiest and most effective practices for stress reduction, available in the modern day!

The practice involves paying attention to the present moment by seeing clearly whatever is happening in our lives, through a process of relaxation and awareness.

Why Mindfulness?

Most of our anxiety and stress is induced by worry about the past, or fear of the future.

As human’s in the midst of achieving, doing and acquiring, we are often “not present” in our own lives and forget to take notice of our unconscious emotional and thought patterns which often include judgement and self-criticism.

This results in increased stress levels and triggered responses of anger and fear, which keep us entangled in our challenges.

How Does It Work?

Many people complain about meditation being boring, difficult or a waste of time.

Sitting still and listening to your own thoughts for a few minutes a day may be the best move you can make for yourself!

By simply increasing our awareness of thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations, we start paying attention to what our body is telling us, we being to identify areas of our life that need attention, and we can connect to a sense of peace and clarity that exists within us, amidst the chaos in life!

Benefits of Mindfulness:

Scientific Research & Study now prove the following:

  • – Better Sleep
  • – Reduce Anxiety, Stress & Depression
  • – Productivity by Clear and Focused Thinking
  • – Increased Energy & Productivity
  • – Happier Thoughts & Emotions
  • – Increase Your Intuition & Emotional Intelligence

JAYASRI PISHARODY

Holistic Practitioner, Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist [Level 3], Mindfulness Teacher

Jayasri has been a long-time teacher and was always acknowledged for her kind and calm nature. Teachers and student appreciated her positivity; found calmness and serenity in her presence. However, Jayasri did not feel complete and whole which led to seeking new paths. Energy healing modalities caught her attention. Understanding that every question had an answer when one was able to sit with oneself, enthused her to continue with her exploration. The ability to heal oneself as well as her family members built her confidence as a healer. Jayasri has been successful in this journey with many verbal testimonies.

The restlessness in children, the anger in adults, the involvement of gadgets at all times, made her explore courses in mindfulness, NLP and later Hypnotherapy. The fact that people can multitask brought out the understanding that one of the tasks was done in autopilot mode. This awareness was shared in many gatherings and was reciprocated well by the audience.

Jayasri, with the philosophy of being in the, NOW wants to convey the message to more children and adults through awareness workshops and training as well as a personal one to one coaching.
